Singapore Airlines N124KK | FSX CLS 747-300 repaint

Repaint of a 747-300 in Singapore Airlines' current livery (since 1987) for the payware CLS 747 HD. Textures were tested in FSX, but they should work in Prepar3D (including v4-5 ports of this add-on).

It comes as no surprise that many of the 747's notable customers came from the Asia-Pacific region, as it had sufficient range to fly to many of their intercontinental destinations in Europe and the Americas. Among its biggest operators was Singapore Airlines, which first introduced the 747-200 "Super B" in 1973 not long after its separation from Malaysia-Singapore Airlines (MSA), marking the first delivery of a factory-fresh aircraft to the newly-formed airline. SIA was so satisfied with the -200 Series' performance that they opted to get the next version, the -300, in 1983. Dubbed "BIG TOP" because of its 7.11 meter (23'4 ft) upper deck extension, the first 747-300 for the airline was delivered on April 29, 1983 and inaugurated a nonstop London to Singapore service. Despite its improved capacity, the -300 was one of the least popular variants of the 747 due to having less range compared to the lighter -200 and the poor timing of its release, as it was quickly replaced on the production line by the newer 747-400 in 1989, nicknamed "MEGATOP."
