FSX CLS DC-10 repaint: Canadian Airlines DC-10-30 C-GCPF

Update: Please download texture corrections here.

Repaint of a DC-10-30 in the livery of Canadian Airlines for the payware CLS DC-10 HD. This was tested in FSX, but it should work in Prepar3D v1-3 (and v4-5 ports of this add-on).

Canadian Airlines was the second-largest airline in Canada from its formation in 1987 until its merger with Air Canada in 2001. Canadian's DC-10 fleet was one of the aircraft types inherited from CP Air and served as a mainstay of the airline's international network for 13 years. It is rather unfortunate that they never got to see service with Air Canada after the merger, as they were immediately sold to other carriers due to their obsolescence.

The aircraft depicted in this repaint, C-GCPF (fleet number 904), was formerly known as "Empress of Buenos Aires" when it was originally delivered to CP Air in November 1980. It was leased to United Airlines in 1983 in exchange for short-range DC-10-10s in order to support UA's transpacific operations and cut down costs on CP Air's transcontinental routes. By the time Ship 904 was returned, CP Air had merged with Pacific Western Airlines to form Canadian Airlines. It served with Canadian for 12 years on its European, Asian, and South American networks before being sold to Biman Bangladesh as S2-ACS. Like the majority of Biman's DC-10s, it ended its service in 2014 and got broken up at Dhaka.
